Pallet strapper HBV
High transport security is one of the basic requirements for avoiding unnecessary delays and costs during delivery. The bornbinder® pallet strapper HBV winds cord horizontally around pre-palletised goods such as plastic crates in the drinks industry fully automatically.
Cord strapping is applied at different heights, depending on the size of the pallet. Thanks to the variable height adjustment of the upper strapping assembly, strapping is always applied at the best position – despite different load heights. The label position in the lower load area does not vary. This ensures perfect load securing with unchanging label position. Through their good elastic recovery, the cords have high tensile strength and hold the pallets securely together.

- The vertical position of the upper strapping assembly of the bornbinder® HBV can be easily adjusted within a range of 300 mm, while the label position remains constant in the lower load area despite different load heights
- bornbinder® machines ensure low costs for packaging material, while use of the environmentally friendly bornbinder® machine cord which is ideally suited to the machine allows extremely low-wear operation
- The cord can be removed as a whole ring and reused for return transport of the empties – environmentally responsible and cuts costs

- Machine operation is very straightforward and requires no permanent operating personnel
